We now have two writing clubs for home-educated children. We have one group aimed at older children (10 plus) and another for 7-10 year olds.
7-10 year old’s Writing Club
In this informative and fun writing club, the overall aim is to encourage a love of storytelling and writing. With plenty of formats on offer, such as comic books, poetry, short stories, flash fiction, world-building, FanFiction, journalling, scriptwriting and much more, there will be something for everyone.
Where; The Red House Museum, (Sue Wickham room upstairs) Christchurch
When; Wednesdays, 1pm-2pm

Older Children’s Writing Club New Milton – back this September 2020!
The sessions for this club are one and a half hours long and will take place at New Milton library on Mondays 12pm – 1.30pm. We will be focusing on the vital elements of storytelling. Plotting, characterisation and dialogue, setting and location, narrative voice, literary devices, pace, structure and editing.
